the gulf coast in America is suffering from significant land loss in the face of sea level rise, levees (sediment withdrawal), wetland erosion. To slow this process, IN MY THIRD YEAR OF STUDIO, I DESIGNED a system of sediment dams in the areas that are greatly affected. the work below shows my path to design and both the cultural and environmental benefits through my previsions.
